Working with horses and people can be deeply meaningful, but it can also place a heavy demand on the nervous system. In this Banter, Dr. Rebecca Bailey and Margie McDonald explore compassion fatigue, burnout, and the emotional weight many equine professionals carry while supporting both horses and humans. Together, they’ll discuss regulation, sustainability, and the importance of caring for yourself while doing this work.
