What is "Dr. Bailey's Banter"?
Periodically, PVEI's founder, Dr. Rebecca Bailey, hosts a free virtual zoom. Topics are selected by PVEI Premium member submissions. Members and non-members alike are all welcome to join and ask questions (both live and ahead of time). Space is limited. Recordings of the session will be made available a few days after, for PVEI Premium members.

Session Topic:
We all know trauma lives in the body's automatic responses, and traditional talk therapy sometimes isn't enough. Polyvagal theory explains why trauma survivors get stuck in survival modes and discover practical approaches to help the nervous system find safety and healing again. No experience is needed - just bring yourself and an open mind.
